The rooms at the venue are fantastic, equipped with a large wardrobe, a bath, and a sofa bed. the staff is very welcoming. - the location is good, close to the city center, cinema, and restaurants.

Lovely and fab food.

Appreciated to be here, the hotel was clean and fabulous, the location was great and perfect near to centre. Had good sleep at the double room with bath, nice view, as for instance. The polite staff was willing to help, that's a big plus. The service was excellent during my stay.

I greatly enjoyed the breakfast, the food was lovely. The staff were welcoming, doing a great job. The location was marvelous and perfect because it was near to Reading station, the town center, and shops.

A wide range of fab food.

The location was peaceful and incredible, over a Tandoori restaurant, convenient to go everywhere. The staff of the hotel was willing to help.

The staff were professional and friendly and the quality of the food in the restaurant was good.

Some of the bedroom decoration was 'jaded' and the shower was either scalding or cold - nothing inbetween. While the restaurant food was excellent, the service, although pleasant, was incredibly slow with both starters and main courses taking well over half an hour each to arrive.

The location was perfect and the car parking although not on site and I did have to pay but it was good value. It was good value and a nice room

The room was very warm due to its location and would have benefited from air conditionibng or a large room fan. The windows did not open due to the road location.

The hotel is conveniently located near an Indian restaurant, the city center, and the station, with a friendly and helpful staff.

Location - it couldn't be more central, and the room was surprisingly good quality for a budget hotel.

Overflow car park is grubby and unpaved.

The hotel is respectable and reasonably spacious with particularly helpful staff members. Good value for money and decent sized rooms with bath are accompanied by exceptional service. - the restaurant is good on the ground floor.

Shower didn't work (broken). Water in morning at 07:20 was cold. Heating in bathroom didn't work. Stained chair fabric. Cold room with heating on. Breakfast room smelled of stale curry (is an indian restaurant at night - I love indian food, but not at 08:00). will never stay here again and reccomend others do same!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who checked me in on my arrival on Friday afternoon
